These services began with a weekend retreat in May of 1994 and have now grown into an international ministry.   Our experience of the power of God's love for all his children has been a beautiful and rewarding process. 

The celebration of Healing in The Eucharist provides an opportunity for each person to enter into a deeper, richer understanding and experience of how God's healing love can touch us in the Eucharist and set us free.     Each service, retreat, workshop, conference or event consists of teaching and celebration of the Eucharist, with emphasis on how to experience the reality of God's healing love through the Eucharist.

Within Healing Your Family Tree celebrations, individuals bring any inherited problems to the Lord.  People are starting to realize that sometimes difficulties in their lives, along with their negative and devastating effects, may be linked to their ancestral ties.  Generational problems such as addiction, rage, depression, phoebias, negative behavior, and compulsions may be linked to our family history.  These negative occurrences can and do wreak havoc in our own lives and can also invade the lives of future generations, wreaking havoc for generations to come.

We are not looking for who to blame.  We simply become aware of what has happened in our family history and what needs healing, and we bring all this to the Lord in the Eucharist for healing, reconciliation, peace and freedom in all the generations of our families past, present, future.  We also celebrate in thanksgiving for all the good and blessings that have been passed down through the generations. 
 

Healing Your Family Tree transforms negative bonds of the past in order to set us free NOW and our offspring in the future. In effect, "We can break the ties that bind us," (Fr. Lou)

"Bestowing mercy down to the thousandth generation, on the children to those who love me and keep my commandments." (Exodus Chapter 2:6)

Jesus was curing many of their diseases, afflictions, and evil spirits; he also restored sight to many who were blind.  Jesus said to his disciples “Go and report to John what you have seen and heard. The blind recover their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cured, the deaf hear, dead are raised to life…”
(Luke 7:19-23)
